Shaping the Future of Canadian Tech Events: Bringing Toronto Tech Week’s Homecoming to Life

Experience First Productions partnered with Toronto Tech Week to design, produce, and manage Homecoming 2025—their flagship event bringing together founders, operators, investors, and innovators from across the Canadian tech ecosystem. As the centerpiece of Tech Week, Homecoming delivered a full day of high-energy programming, connection, and community building.

Acting as an extension of the Toronto Tech Week team, EFP led the full creative vision and end-to-end execution, including design development, build and fabrication, vendor coordination, event management, and install/strike. All the way through, we ensured an impactful experience worthy of one of Canada’s most exciting tech gatherings.

Creative Design
Developed event design, translating brand goals into compelling visual concepts, layouts, and photo moments.

Build and Fabrication
Custom fabricated event elements, including hero CN Tower centrepiece, ensuring high-quality and longevity for future events.

Event Production & Logistics
Managed all production details—including AV, food and beverage, photography, and load-in—to ensure every element came together seamlessly.

On-site Event Management
On-site leadership directing setup, managing hired event staff, troubleshooting in real time, and ensuring smooth execution from load-in through strike.
